These Terms govern your access to and use of Granthi, a self-hosted Git forge operated by Nirlab Inc (“Nirlab”, “we”, “us”). By accessing Granthi you agree to these Terms.

01Accounts

Accounts are provisioned by Nirlab for authorized team members and partners. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and access tokens secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

02Acceptable use

03Your content

You (or your organization) retain all rights to the code and content you push to Granthi. You grant Nirlab the limited rights needed to host, back up, and operate the service on your behalf. We claim no ownership of your repositories.

04Availability & changes

Granthi is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, be interrupted for maintenance, or be updated at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes to the service or these Terms.

05Termination

We may suspend or remove access that violates these Terms or that poses a security risk. You may stop using Granthi at any time; your organization’s data handling on exit follows our internal data policies.

06Disclaimers & liability

Granthi is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nirlab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
